How long does it take to build a website?+
Standard business websites: 2–4 weeks. E-commerce: 4–8 weeks. Custom platforms: 8–16 weeks. Content readiness is the biggest factor.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?+
Yes — we serve clients across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK) and the wider GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. Most work is delivered remotely with WhatsApp/phone support in GST hours.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your logo and brand assets (if any), content or product details, and trade licence copy if we're setting up UAE payment gateways. We can arrange copywriting and photography if needed.
Who owns the website when it's finished?+
You do — completely. Domain, hosting, source code and all accounts are registered in your name. We hand over full credentials at launch.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes — typically 40% to start, 40% at design approval, 20% at launch. Larger projects can be phased monthly.
Can you recover or rebuild a lost or hacked website?+
Yes. We rebuilt our own site after a 2025 server crash and hack, recovering content from web archives and restoring rankings with proper redirects. Emergency rebuilds are a specialty.
